1.You submit the intake form. It will take 15–25 minutes — take your time. Answers save automatically if you need to step away.
2.Our counseling team reads what you sent, and prays over it together before responding.
3.Within five business days, someone from the team reaches out personally — by email or phone — to set up a first conversation. There is no automatic scheduling and no payment in advance.
4.If you provided a pastor or spiritual leader and consented to contact, we may briefly speak with them before we begin.
