Church Jesus fellowships cannot be more spiritual than the individuals and families that constitute them. God greatly desires a godly home. These are words of restoration and instruction in righteousness from Family Test Ministry. May ye be blessed as you listen.
[Speaker 2]
Luke chapter 1 from verse 5. This first day of the year, we trust the Lord indeed to lay an operation, a working, that will lay foundation for accomplishment, for fulfillment for our lives in the name of Jesus Christ. Amen.
So we look at that passage we used to pray, Luke chapter 1, from verse 5. "There was in the days of Herod, the king of Judea, a certain priest named Zacharias, of the course of Abia: and his wife was of the daughters of Aaron, and her name was Elizabeth. They were both righteous before God, walking in all the commandments and ordinances of the Lord blameless." Let me read that for you in NLT, that verse 6. "Zachariah and Elizabeth were righteous in God's eyes, careful to obey all the Lord's commandments and regulations. So they were blameless. They had no child because Elizabeth was barren and both were now well-stricken in years." Another version says "far advanced in years." Another one says "both of them were very old."
"And it came to pass, that while he executed the priest's office before God in the order of his course—" That was what the Lord has been calling my attention to for us as we gather under our meetings, for us as believers. I have observed this in many other Christian gatherings. I will call the attention of believers to this, but in our gatherings, the Lord has been calling attention to this very seriously. He said, "It came to pass, that while he executed the priest's office before God in the order of his course, according to the custom of the priest's office, his lot was to burn incense when he went into the temple of the Lord. And the whole multitude of the people were praying without at the time of incense." I want you to note all of these, so that you'll be wondering why all of these details, and that is what we want to share this evening.
"And there appeared unto him an angel of the Lord standing at the right hand of the altar of incense." Praise the Lord. Of course, you know what that visitation did. So we will not go into all of that story, we have used that to pray. That visitation settled Zachariah. In fact, it changed his ministry as a priest. That visitation led to a prophecy. He became dumb, he could not speak. By the time he was to speak, the prophecy he gave, things about him changed, about his wife changed, about the expectations changed, about their life changed. They became a reference point for forerunning the coming of the Lord. They became a reference point.
But you know, sometimes I have often read this story and I believe we are all familiar with the story. But you know, when God want to call your attention to certain things, God will just pick the same similar thing you have always read and begin to make you note some things particularly because He wants to speak particularly about a particular situation.
The particular situation God always want to speak about is 2018. The particular situation is the circumstances of our lives, the circumstances of our lives. Different particular circumstances of our lives. And God want to speak about—God want to make us see the story of Zachariah at a particular point in time, in the particular situations of his life.
And the first particular situation the Lord wants us to see is that see particularly that even though it looks as if certain things have not been gotten, certain things have not been accomplished, certain things have not been entered into—you look at 2017, it's like certain things not entered into. You look at 2018 and it's like many things you want to get, it looks as if there are some limitations here and there—it doesn't mean that God was not unaware. It doesn't mean that God does not take cognizance of your life. For you to know that God take cognizance of the life of this man, God began to give you the background of the man. That there was a man, this man, he and his wife, look, they are not people that you cannot trace, they are traceable people. Their name is Mr. and Mrs. Elizabeth. They were children of some people, so He gave them the name of their parents. And when you check their parentage, their parentage is not just mere parentage. It is a parentage that has formed an order before the Lord, the Aaronite priesthood.
And I also took note of them, that these people, they were godly. So it's not—it is—God wants us to see that all the while why that challenge has been there, God was taking note of their righteousness. I don't know whether you understand me. So it's not as if God forgot them. The time only came for them to be remembered. And I'm speaking, 2018 God is going to remember people. Amen. I'm talking of people who have been serving God, people who have been godly, people who have been following the Lord, people who have been working courageously before the Lord. It's not as if God was blind. You can see that when God wanted to speak, God could trace their record. He know who they were, He know—He know them from the very beginning. He know them from their parents' house, where they were born, how they were born into. It's not as if suddenly God just remembered them. "Okay, who can we use for this work? Okay," Gabriel now said, "there is one people." God said, "Who are they? The children of who?" That wasn't it.
No. All the while, Baba was aware of their life. All the while, He knew they were there. All the while—for you to know that He knew that they were there—all that they have been praying, He has been hearing. But He knew that there was no answer. Am I not correct? Because when He came, He only said "your prayers have been answered." You see, the point I'm making is that the first particular situation God is addressing is the situation of the upright, the situation of the godly. What He is trying to make you see is that this 2018, God will remember the godly. I mean, people—I am talking about godly men, people who are upright, people who look as if in their godliness, look as if they have been forsaken, it looks like there is no result. It looks like there is no result. I'm speaking—I am saying this very categorically—there will be a remembrance. Because they were not forgotten. What I mean is that God is going to treat their case file. There was a case file. It has ever been before the Lord. There has been treated several case file, there has been treated several case file, there has been treated several case file. And then God wanted to see this particular case file. That's the first thing.
He says, "there was a man, a certain man." And for you to know why I'm talking about a certain time, look at what the Bible says in verse 5. It says, "There was in the days of who? Of Herod, the king of Judea, a certain priest." Can you start tracing it? God was making us see the government that was in power. In the day when such-and-such government was in power, when such-and-such person was the governor of the state. While Akeredolu is the governor of the state, and Buhari is the governor of Nigeria, in that time, God is going to remember the godly. Amen.
God is trying to situate—I am trying to make you see the literal sense. These things have always been literal to me, but God began to paint a picture that it may be that when such-and-such king is in power, God would have planned to meet such a person when this person is in power. And as I said, I just remember something that my wife said one time when everybody was criticizing what was being talked about, [unclear: professor something] of our—former chancellor of—VC of AAU, where I work. She said, "No matter what they said, what have been said about this man, several things, I don't know, but one thing I know is that when he was VC, my husband secured a job under him."
She just said, "I don't know any other thing, but I have this one to say, that I thank God that it was when he was VC." You know what I'm trying to say? I am saying that now that Akeredolu is the governor of Ondo State, He is saying when—now that he's the governor, in the reign of such-and-such person, when Buhari is the president of Nigeria, that time, those days, while their days are on, while their day is still on—why their day is still on, there's going to be treating of case file that have been lying fallow. They are going to treat fire in their days. And the days are here with us. Under the incumbent, during this reign, it's not as if this government is this or that—I am telling you, godly people, upright men, people who have been following the Lord, people who look as if they have been forsaken, look as if their effort is nothing—God is not a disaster.
We are saying that they will be remembered. Their case file will be treated. It will be treated. And then the Bible describes something. It says there was a certain man named Zachariah of the course of Abia. So he has a course. You know what that means? You know what a course means? Let me take a simple translation. [background noise] It says, "When Herod was the king of Judea, there was a certain Jewish priest named Zachariah. He was a member of the priestly order of Abijah. And his wife, Elizabeth, was also from the priestly line of Aaron." Of the course of Abia, that is his line. You understand? His own lineage, this is the line. So the course of Abia was from that line.
And from that line, something happened again. It says, "They were both righteous before the Lord, walking in His commandments and ordinances of the Lord blameless." It says, "They had no child—" That's the case file. "Because Elizabeth was barren and they both were now well advanced in age." It came to pass, while he executed the priest's office before God in the order of his course—you understand that? One day, Zachariah was serving God in the temple, for his order was on duty that week. So I hope you are observing their mentioning this line. It was which line that would be on duty that week? Abijah's line. They had to be on duty that day, that hour. So he came to be on duty according to the line of his course. Then it says, "according to the custom of the priest office—" So what brought him in again? There is a custom. Every priest must come where, how? How? According to when their line is on duty. You understand it now? When the line of, for example now, if the line of Judah is on duty, the line of Abijah will not come. You understand now? Different line was to be on duty at different time.
So according to the custom of the priest, it was Abijah's line that was to be on duty. So and since he was the person for that line as at that time—that is in the days of Herod—the person that was for Abijah's line in the days of Herod, when the days of remembrance was to come, the person that was to be in charge was Zachariah. He was to be in the priest office as at that time. And as at that time that was supposed to be in the priest office, where was he found? He was found in the priest office. He was found in the place of duty. Now he says, "according to the custom of the priest office, his lot was to burn incense when he went into the temple of the Lord." So what was his lot? What do you mean by lot? His duty, his share was to burn incense. So he went according to his lot. "It's my turn to burn incense. Abia line is supposed to burn incense. In the line of Abia, I am the one whose turn it is to burn incense." In the line of Abia, somebody was to burn incense as at such-and-such time, and that person that was to burn incense was Zachariah. Are you seeing God taking details? You'll be wondering why God is giving you all these details. Why does—can't God just say that there was a man name Zachariah, he was a priest, he was barren and then angel visit him? They could have left all those details. But God want to address some particular details about what He want to do this year.
When it was for him to be on duty and was to burn incense, he went into the temple of the Lord, and the whole multitude of the people were praying outside at the time of incense. Now, look at verse 11. "There appeared unto him an angel of the Lord standing at the right hand of the altar of—" What? Where did the angel also go? Right hand of the altar of which altar? The altar of incense. He met him in the very place he was going to. God giving these details for two reasons. The first reason is in Galatians chapter 6 verse 9. The first reason, Galatians chapter 6 verse 9. Somebody should please read it for us. Galatians 6:9.
"And let us not be weary in well doing, for in due season we shall reap, if we faint not." And let us not be weary in well doing. For in due season we shall reap if—if—if—there's an "if." There's a due season, but the men who reap in due season are those who faint not. If your season come and you have fainted before your season, I'm afraid you may not reap. You may not reap. Do not be weary in due season—do not be weary of well doing. Do not be weary in what you know you should do as a believer. I'm to pray, and to praise God, and to evangelize, and to be fair, and to be godly, and to be upright, and to move on no matter what, it doesn't matter, and this is what God expects of me, whether God do this or not, He is my God, I will serve Him, I will worship Him, I have pledged allegiance to Him, I'm to follow Him. And that was Zachariah. That's how Baba wants us to see Zachariah.
The Bible want you to know that Zachariah have advanced in years. Baba says, "Look at this elder." Yet he was not wearied. He was not wearied in well doing. It was his duty to be there. He has not run here and there. He has not thrown away his wife. He was still standing there waiting. He was still committed to the duty according to the custom. The Bible is saying "custom" and "tradition," his "lot." The Bible making you understand that it's not something he was just doing, it has been a custom and tradition for him. So according to his tradition and his custom, he was not wearied. And when God—when the days he was to be remembered in the days of Herod, that's why Baba said "in the days of Herod." There have been several, several rulers. He wasn't to be remembered that day. In the days of those ones, he was not to be remembered. God was waiting for the days when Herod would be king. Because there is something about Herod and the Lord Jesus that He is supposed to forerun. The son that will come from Zachariah is supposed to forerun somebody that was relevant—whose story must be connected with the story of Herod. John is to forerun Jesus. Jesus has a connection with Herod. It is the Herod that will kill John. That was his days to be remembered. It was when Herod was ruler that John would come from the loins of Zachariah. They were treating the case file accordingly. But in the days of Herod, Zachariah was at where the angel would meet with him.
Don't be wearied in well doing. Don't be wearied. Brethren, the Lord said as we board again into a new year, don't be wearied. Shake up yourself, stand up again, lift up your faith, wake up, flap your wings. Flap your wings again, renew your strength, jump up and say as for me, I will serve the Lord. I will move on with Him. Don't be wearied. Baba says for those of us as we move on this year, please—in the days of Herod, the angel was stand—was sent—was sent to go and position himself where? At the right hand to the altar of incense, because Zachariah by duty is to be at the altar of incense. Zachariah is to be there. That's where he's supposed to be. And you see how God was connecting the story. It looked as if why all these stories? God was connecting the story.
Don't be wearied in well doing. Let's make up our mind for 2018 I will not be wearied. I've told you that it is a time to visit the godly. I'm only showing what the godly need to do not to miss their—not to miss it. Something is to happen in these days that Buhari is still there. In these days that Akeredolu is still there. In these days, something is to happen. There's a connection. There's a connectivity. All of these things gather together. You remember it was—it was—if you expand it to about Jesus again, they would say "When Augustus was Caesar." "When Augustus was the Caesar." You remember again? It was in the days when Augustus was Caesar. Why? Because Augustus was to decree that what? Everybody should go where? Go to their own town to go and be counted in the place where they were born. And as at that time, Mary was heavy. Nothing would have made Joseph to travel at the third trimester of a woman. But Jesus must be born in Bethlehem according to prophecy. And nothing could have taken Joseph to Bethlehem except by a decree. And the person who can do that that time, we need a world ruler that will have that policy in mind. It was under his policy. Everybody go back to the very village where you are born. And they went to the village, and they went to the village and Joseph travelled under those circumstances, and they were getting there, Jesus was born in Bethlehem.
I'm only trying to make you see something about what God is talking about. The days of this, the days of that. When this one was there, when this person was there, there is something, there is a connection. And I am telling you that key to it in these days, these days that we are in, God want to visit the godly. In these days, these days, this reign that is going on. Under this present regime, under present rulership. But we must not be wearied. Don't be wearied. As we board again into a new year, don't be wearied. Shake up yourself, stand up again, lift up your faith, wake up, flap your wings, renew your strength, jump up and say as for me I will serve the Lord. I will move on with Him. Don't be wearied.
The arrangement is at the altar of incense. The ministering angel, they are to meet you at the right hand, they will stand at the right hand of the altar of duty. At the altar of duty they will stand at the right hand there. They have been sent to meet you there. The ministering angels have been assigned for our visitation. They have been sent for our promotion. They have been sent to meet with us for encounter. The spirit of wisdom, the spirit of revelation, the spirit of godliness, the spirit of—I mean the encounters of God. They are there, they have been packaged, right to be where? At the right hand of the altar of your duty. Right at the altar of incense. That's where they are. That's where it is.
The second reason why God is giving all of these details—it's not only for us not to be wearied. But the second reason is for us to be on our guard. That is, be ready. Be ready, be watchful. Be watchful onto good works. Be watchful onto your duty. It's for us to be careful not to neglect duty. If we have not started, for those of us who have been continuing, who have been doing, who have been persistent, don't be wearied. For those of us who have been careless, God is saying, "rise up." That is, for those of us who have been wearied, for those who have not started, for those who have been living carelessly, no. God want to do a thing. If you're upright, you're godly, then pay attention to it. Pay attention. Pay attention. Pay very, very, very close attention to it. Pay very, very, very close attention. Very, very close attention. [background music fades out]
Genesis. Genesis. We want to see a story in Genesis. Very, very heart-touching story, but also a very, very simple and very, very popular story. In Genesis chapter 18. Genesis chapter 18. "And the Lord appeared unto him in the plains of Mamre," from verse 1. "And he sat in the tent door in the heat of the day. He lifted up his eyes and looked and lo, three men stood by him. And when he saw them, he ran to meet them from the tent door and bowed himself toward the ground and said, 'My lord, if now I have found favor in thy sight, pass not I pray thee from thy servant. Let a little water I pray thee be fetched and wash your feet and rest yourself under the tree. And I will fetch a morsel of bread and comfort ye your heart, and after that you can pass on. For thereof are ye come to your servant.' And they said, 'So do as thou has said.' And Abraham hastened into the tent unto Sarah and said, 'Make ready quickly three measures of fine flour, knead it, make cakes upon the hearth.' And Abraham ran into the herd and fetched a calf tender and good and gave it unto the young man and he hastened to dress it. And he took butter and milk and the calf which he had dressed and set it before them, and he stood by them under the tree and they did eat. And they said unto him, 'Where is thy wife? Where is thy wife?' And he said, 'Behold, in the tent.' And he said, 'I will certainly return unto thee according to the time of life, and lo, Sarah thy wife shall have a son.' And Sarah heard it in the tent, which was behind him. Now Abraham and Sarah were old and stricken in age, and it ceased to be with Sarah after the manner of women. Therefore Sarah laughed within herself saying, 'And while so shall I have pleasure, my lord being also old?' And the Lord said unto Abraham, 'Wherefore did Sarah laugh, saying shall I of a surety bear a child which am old? Is anything too hard for the Lord? At the appointed time I will return unto thee according to the time of life, Sarah shall have a son.'"
A foundation again was laid here. Look at 21, that was the first thing in chapter 21. "And the Lord visited Sarah as He had said, and the Lord did unto Sarah as He had spoken." When was the foundation laid? How was the foundation laid? How was it laid? Giving attention. Talking about giving attention. He didn't know who they were. He didn't know they were entertaining angels unaware. I am telling you—I spoke in Luke, I said angels are on assignment, and I'm telling you again that angels are on assignment. They will take different forms and different shapes. They will color themselves in different situations. They will tie up opportunities around us in the form of good works, in the form of good deeds, in the form of integrity, in the form of character, in the form of obedience to the Lord, in the form of upright living. They will come in different shade and color.
If you have to choose between telling a lie and telling the truth, tell the truth. They will come at different junctions. If you have to choose between immorality and morality, choose morality. If you have to choose between diligence and laziness, choose diligence. They will come in different routes. In different routes, I'm telling you, 2018. When God begin to speak ahead like this, I fear, because many times people miss it. People miss it. There will be different visitations. I tell you, angelic, to settle issues, to lay foundation for outpouring, to do things. There will be different visitations, but the way—the color with which they will appear, the wrappings. They will not come in the wrappings of "now the Lord is here." They may come like duty. They may come like obedience. They may come like the chance for integrity. They may come like the need to be holy. They may come like the need not to compromise. They may come in the form of show a little hospitality. They will come, they will come in different shades.
Let the godly not be wearied, and let the godly be on the watch to be at the place of duty. It will come in different ways that relates to our own side of the work. I am saying it was not Zachariah that was calling angel. It was time for him to be visited, so God was already sending the angel. But the angel need to meet with him at the point of duty. I'm not saying God—don't go and begin to say "God send your angels." Angels have been sent, that's what I'm telling you. Opportunities have been thrown, that's what I'm telling you brethren. But I'm only telling you the manner of their appearance, the color and the shape so that we don't miss them. The color, the shapes, in which they will come. The color, the shapes, different shades, different colors.
Jesus was to die. Let me make allusion to all the rest because of our time, I want us to pray. I'll just make allusion to all the other things that occur to me. If time—if the Lord permit, we may still talk more about them next week. But if not, the Lord is moving onto other things, we move to other things. But let me make allusion to all of the other things that occurred to me. Jesus was to die. He needed strength to go through that day. He got that strength in the place of prayer. I'm only showing you how these things may come. He got it in the place of duty. It was as he prayed and he cried. As he prayed and he cried. As he prayed. Bible says, "Angel appeared unto him." What did they do? They strengthened him. And when he got up from that prayer, what did he say? What did he tell his disciples? "Sleep if you want to sleep now. He that betray me is coming." It was from that point that he got strength. Where did the angel—where did they meet him? At the place of duty.
I am saying some of us that will need divine strength to accomplish God's purpose, it is in the place of duty. You need divine power. You need strength. There are certain mandates over your life that you must fulfill. There are divine calls, there are divine mandates, divine responsibility that you must go through. And as you are standing now, you don't have that strength. The Lord says go to the—just at the place of duty. The angel to strengthen you, they're at the place of duty. They will stand by the altar of incense. What would be the altar of incense now? The place of prayer. They'll be there waiting for you. If He has not gone there, the Bible says in the days of His flesh, He cried unto Him who's able to save Him from death, and was heard because He feared. He was heard and angels went, and there was power to go through the whole thing, fulfilling exactly the scripture in all perfectness. Why? Because He was strengthened. Except we are strengthened, we may not go through divine mandates. So let's go to the place of duty. Go to the place of duty, go to the place of duty.
That same night, when King Artaxerxes was to wake up and make a decree—when every plan was concluded—that same night, the king could not sleep. The following morning, a crucial decree was to be made, and the person that is to execute the decree, what he was doing he was doing quickly. Because if you look at that story, he came first thing in the morning. He came very early in the morning. But that night, the king could not sleep. And he said, "Let's read the books for me." "Okay, let's read the books." Why can't he just remember Mordecai? God did not work that way. They began to open the books. "Aha!" they found a place. "Oh, Mordecai has been faithful to me. Aha! Oh, he reported a conspiracy against the king that was not—" "Oh okay okay. Have we rewarded him?" He said "No." "Okay." By very early morning too, the king wanted to go and reward him. It was a job of faithfulness that had been done. I'm showing you God interventions because there are going to be interventions in the life of men. There are going to be specific interventions, but I'm showing you the base of these interventions, that's what I'm showing you.
Couldn't God just put Mordecai in the mind of the king without reference to his work? Could He not do it? But God did not work that way. Check that of Joseph. God did not work that way. I'm showing you the ways of God. There is a place of man. You must not be wearied in well doing. You must be at the duty post. As God want to visit us, we must make up our mind to work with Him. There is a place, there is a duty, we must be there. There's a side of man to the story. For Zacchaeus, what did He say? "Roll away the stone." They cannot raise the dead. Who raised the dead? It was the Lord. Who rolled away the stone? It was men. Elijah. "I will send rain upon the earth." Who's will it to send rain? Who want to visit Israel that time? Who did the prayer? It was a man.
I'm showing you that divinity and humanity have a meeting point for there to be an interchange. There's always a meeting point. There's a point where they must meet. There must be a point, it is the way of God, there must be a point. There must be a place, there must be something. And what I'm just trying to show you is about duty, it's about responsibility, it's about work, it's about—put all of these thing, put them in place. Put all of these thing. It was time for David to be manifested to Israel, right? Who anointed David? God, right? And the day that he was anointed, what happened to David? What the Bible say immediately? He said the spirit of the Lord came upon him, right? He has become the king. But how was he manifested to the nation? He was just there. What was he busy doing? He was at a duty post, serving his father. And when his father said, "Hey David, go and give your brothers food." He went there and what happened? Was that not how he was introduced? Was that not how he was introduced? What was the substance of the introduction? Honor father and mother. That was the substance. I'm only trying to make you see something about what God is talking about.
That's why I said God, in the ordinariness of this meeting, please meet with us. God said the way I will come this year will be so ordinary. So ordinary. Just in the normal daily, in the normal—there, don't be thinking when He said God is coming, don't be thinking that you will see one light just shining. Don't be—you understand me? You just say some sword just coming your way now coming to kill all your enemies. No. It will just be in the normal, normal, normal. Everything will look so ordinary and so normal. And yet, God is visiting His people. God is changing the story of people. I'm telling you. God is fulfilling ambition, God is fulfilling vision, is bringing to pass mission, is accomplishing purpose, is introducing His anointed, is throwing His men to the world, is declaring them to the saint, is lifting men, is bringing down, is lifting up, is setting up, is establishing—in the ordinary thing of life.
Let's go ahead to pray. Let me make allusion to all the other ones. If time—if the Lord permit, we may still talk more about them next week. But if not, the Lord is moving onto other things, we move to other things. But let me make allusion to all of the other things that occurred to me. I want you to talk to the Lord. I want you to pray. I want you to pray. The first prayer we are going to pray is not a prayer I'm going to give you. God wants you to respond to God. As I was talking, certain burdens were coming to your heart. As I was talking, certain things were coming into your heart. God wants you to respond to Him on those things that came to your heart. Those things that occurred in your own spirit. Maybe as we were talking, certain specific thing—boom—just hit you. Boom, just occurred to you. Boom, you just saw one thing. Those things I want you to respond to God. That is the first space of prayer. Those things that look as if God was speaking to you particularly.
I told you that God is going to be particular, in particular—so I may not be able to particularize your situation. I've only brought the message from the Lord. But it is now in your own particular situation—you know how your life looks like—you see, it's going to be very, very particular, very, very practical. God is going to trace everybody to their own household. In such-and-such time, such-and-such time. It's going to be very, very particular, very, very practical. I want you to look into your personal story. I want you to look into the story—what is it that God—the Holy Ghost pointed to while we were discussing? That's what you want to pray about. Is the Lord saying, "Yes, this matter I will meet you today." Hold to God by faith on the matter. Hold to God. Hold on that matter, hold God. And say Baba, on this matter. Is there some particular thing that the Lord began to handle? Is there something the Holy Ghost suddenly scratch again? Is there a case file that your spirit was opened to again? Is there something that occurred? What is the burden within you? I want you to talk to the Lord.
Maybe there is something you are doing and the Lord is saying, "Now you must stop this thing." You know it's not a good work. You know it is not godly. Maybe there is something you have not been doing and God is saying, "Now, son, you need to rise to start praying." You have left it. Maybe you need to arise today. "I will start this my prayer life. I have left it." Maybe there's a study. Maybe there—I don't know. But what I'm only saying is that God said that look, I am coming—I am visiting my people. I am visiting the godly. And so if you have been godly, don't be wearied in well doing. Maybe there's some things you are doing that you are becoming wearied. You've become wearied already. And God is pointing to you—my son, my son, this matter you are already getting wearied. Wake up.
Particularly some few days ago, the Lord was speaking to me. He said, "Son, I have called you to serve men. I have called you to serve. Give yourself to service." Don't be wearied, don't move back. This is what I have raised you for. This is your peculiarity. Go into your peculiarity. Work on your peculiarity. Give yourself into what I've raised you to be. Don't let anything discourage you. Don't hold back, don't set back, don't give up. Move into what I've raised you to be. He said there I am going to meet with you. There I am going to meet with you. At that—that's why I'm trying to make you understand, I'm telling you my—my own peculiar situation. What is your own? You know what He was speaking to me about integrity. "Son," He says, "he that walketh integrity walketh sure. But he that is perverse will fall at once." He said, "Son, I am calling you to integrity. Look, what is it? What's your—" That's why I said look inward. Look inward. You know the word of God is double-edged sword. As it goes, it also cuts back. It cuts to and fro. I'm speaking it as the Lord was—as it was a message to me, it's what I'm bringing as a message to you. So I'm also looking into my own life. I'm also addressing my own situation and saying, "Lord, 2018 I'm going in this direction." Where are you going? What is your direction? What is it? Substantiate it.
We were praying the family altar, myself and my wife, and a burden was coming. He said, "Look, faith is the substance of things hoped for. Let us step in faith. Let us substantiate what God is telling us. Let us give substance into it." The centurion. He said, "Look, I am a man under authority. You don't need to come. Just speak the word and He will be well." The woman with issue of blood. He said, "If I can just touch." Substantiate your faith. Substantiate that thing. Substantiate. Give substance. Give substance. What is it that God is speaking to you? Look, you need to know your own peculiar one. You need to understand, you need to know what God is telling you. It could be, look, you have not been evangelizing like you ought to evangelize. That may be your altar of incense where God want to meet with you. It could be that you have not been praying. Maybe that—look, you have not been godly. Maybe that—look, you have not been—you have not been living uprightly. You have not been living a godly life. What is it that the Lord is pointing to you? Respond to God. Respond to God. Respond to God. Respond to God in your own way.
But I am telling you—I tell you under God—under God—under God—God is coming to us this year in a very, very ordinary situation. There are going to be angelic visitations to people. There are going to be angelic visitation for the godly. God is going to visit, is going to meet with them. Look, God will change the story of people. I am telling you. Zachariah's story was changed. You will see. Look, don't be a spectator. Hey! Baba, I'm not going to be a spectator. I'm going to be a partaker of Your visitation. I'm going to be a partaker of Your visitation. I'm going to partake in the visitation. I want you to pray to God, that's the second prayer point now. God, I'm not going to be a spectator. I'm going to lay foundation for my own life now. That is the second prayer point. Lord, I will not be a spectator. Yes, I will celebrate with brethren, but God, I will be celebrated. God, I will celebrate with brethren. But Lord, Lord, I make up my mind to be at the place of duty. I make up my mind to be at the place of my altar. My altar of incense. At my altar of incense, there will be my angelic visitation. I will not miss out. I will not miss out. I want you to pray. Lay foundation brother.
[Speaking in tongues/Prayer]

We'll pick it from here next week by the grace of the Lord. Put another prayer point round it for us.
In the name of Jesus. Amen.
