Prayer Of Jabez II

[Music] Church and fellowships cannot be more spiritual than the individuals and families that constitute them. God greatly desires a godly home for Him. These are words of restoration and instruction in righteousness from Family Tent Ministry. May ye be blessed as you listen. [Speaker 1] So for me, is the fact that a man can stood with God and pray and no matter what the enormity of the problem can overcome it on his own when he lives right. That one reminds me that I can stand with God to combat anything that wants to stand on my way and God will surely give me victory. Praise the Lord. [Speaker 2] Hallelujah. What I took home is that the prayer of a man can entirely change the situation and his challenges. [Speaker 3] I thought you were not around last week. Okay, please go on sir. What I took home is a bit of what he said is that Jabez did not just pray but he really cried to God because he was desperate. And because he cried to God, God had no choice, God changed his situation. So I learned that if we too cry unto God sincerely from the state of our heart, God can change any situation we are in. [Speaker 4] I was home. I got home very late but I hooked on. One of the things that struck me most was our ability to bind and to loose. Then our level of prayer life. Every time we go to the presence of God, what is our motive? Are we going there just because we want to pray or are you praying and at the end say well, we don't even know maybe God will answer or not? Our faith in praying then our standing right when we are praying, when we are losing and when we are binding. [Speaker 5] Wow. That was a beautiful collection. The fact that like we said last week, nothing stops agreement prayer. Nothing stops the prayer of two or three. Nothing stops congregational prayer. But it's just good for us to know that a man can stand with God and can change his situation. It's also good for us to see that if we desperately cry to God about a situation, God will surely answer. Again, we were able to collect last week that the order that heaven gave is something that when you look at it, it's mind-blowing. It is not whatsoever heaven binds shall be bound on earth. No. It's whatsoever we bind on earth, that will be bound in heaven. Whatsoever we loose, that would be so. So that order in itself is mind-blowing. So if we don't bind here, if we don't loose here, then nothing goes on. Nothing goes on. It's something honestly that it just to make you see that these scriptures that always, it's always in my mind. It says it is God that works in us, both to will and to do of His good pleasure. In other words, God's purpose cannot be done until we are working with God. So God is making sure that we are also working with Him. God did not even leave it to us because He's not sure that we will always get it right. And so deliberately because if we don't bind, nothing will also go up there. If we don't loose, so God is making sure that He's working in us, both to will and to do so that we too can do and then heaven can do so that all the glory can be to God. For you to know how much that God wants us to be sure that we are at our duty post. We're at our duty post. And I gave many examples. But the example that normally stays so much with me is that of the war of the Israelites and the Amalekites. That war. And yes, God said I will give you victory. Yet, it looks as if heaven cannot work except the hands of Moses are up. Once the hand of Moses are going down, it also looks as if all the powers of the angels that are fighting for Israel, what happened to their power? Their power will be going down. That does not mean that God cannot work independent of man. Whether Moses' hand go up, down, or not, God can do His work. But He only wanted to show us that it is what we bind on earth that is bound in heaven. It is what we loose here. So when Moses set up his hand and say no, Israel must win, what happens? They begin to win. It's a principle and a pattern of God. It is not talking about inability in God. It's talking about a pattern of God, a principle of God. Thank you Eternal Father in Jesus' name we pray. Now I want you to look at something in Genesis. Something quickly in Genesis. I really want us to pray today. I want us to pray. Look at something in Genesis Chapter 1 Verse 26. Now between Genesis Chapter 1 and Verse 25, we are looking at all other things that God created. Genesis Chapter 1 outlined the order of creation. What happened in first day, second day, third day, fourth day like that downward. Now 26, Verse 26 of Chapter 1 is talking about what happened the sixth day of creation. And on that sixth day, what happened? What happened that day? God created the land animals and God created finally He created man. And then later again that day, early that day there was a land animal, after some time man, and later that day again Eve. All of that ended that sixth day. But what I want to bring out is that man came last. And when man, the last person to come was to be created, we saw a divine principle. We saw God saying something. God said, "Then God said, let us make man in our image according to our likeness." So we are seeing something that of all the creation like we well known, God created man in His image. Not only that, in His likeness. One, by image it reflects the image of God. He represents the person of God. He represents all that God represent. Even biologically, man is a [unclear: tri-beta] person. And the likeness of God is an eternal spirit, an eternal soul that cannot die. And having made man with that glory, God said let them have dominion. So all other things that God created, man is to have dominion. So in a way, just like Jesus said when they said, He said that "Before Abraham was I am" and "I and the Father we are one." They now said, "Ah, now we know you have a demon." He now said me, Jesus now said, "If He called them gods that are mere men, you are saying that I blaspheme? Me that came down from God, and I'm saying I'm God?" But it makes you to see something that as far as God is concerned, God is the God of gods. We are that lower gods. He's the God of gods. We have something about us. Dominion and authority, just like God has in heaven, man on earth has that dominion and authority. And that is it, it is that principle that God, having enacted an eternal decree, He still stick by that principle. God's intervention on earth must be by that principal person that is having dominion on earth. Are you getting me? God made man to have dominion, to represent Him here. And so when God want to intervene here, what does He do? He waits for that person. He does not set aside that order. There is an order. Man is here. It's just like you have a school and you have put somebody in charge of that school. Then you enter into the school. Then you go into the class and you are correcting people. No, that's not what you do. Where do you go to? You go to the person in charge. "Why this? Why this? Why this? Why this like this?" It's not because you cannot go and be correcting everybody. So I want you to understand when Jesus said what you bind on earth shall be bound in heaven. He's not talking about anything that relates to inability in God. He's relating to principle and order that He Himself set at creation. And if Jesus came to restore that order and then He came to give us a place higher than the first Adam, then you will know that that place is fully secured again. Because where we are in Christ is not where Adam was before Christ. In Adam, we were creations of God. In Christ, we are heirs of God. We are heirs, heirs of God, heirs of promise. And so if in Adam there was a due order, much more in Christ there is that order. And you will see Christ representing that order every time He was here. Jesus Himself, you will notice in establishing everything that He does, what you notice about Jesus? The Bible says a great while before day He will rise up to pray. Jesus prayed and prayed and prayed and prayed and prayed so much that the disciples came to Him one day said, "Master, teach us to pray." There is something about this, teach us to pray. Just like John taught his disciples. You too teach us. They did not say teach us to do miracle. They did not say it, it shows you that there was something that speaks about the life of Jesus. Jesus is only making us to see something. That which God establishes is that which men on their knee have settled with Him. They have settled it with Him in the place of prayer. They have come to God in the place of prayer. They have called down the will of God. This will be done on earth, this will be done on earth. They have made that decrees, those decrees in His presence. They have prayed, they have cried, they have prayed through. And so anytime Jesus stand and He's doing something, it was not as if He's just standing. That is why Jesus will tell you, "The Son can do nothing of Himself but what He sees the Father doing." It was something He and Baba have resolved. It was something about His will that they have resolved in the place of prayer. And so the Son begins to do what He sees the Father doing. He's just showing us a pattern. He laid down an example for us, not only in suffering, it's also in living. Peter talks about His suffering but also in living, He gave us an example so that we can follow in His step. Before He could die, that was the will of God, what did He do? He prayed this into existence. He prayed it. There was a prayer that preceded that death and then He was able to face the death. I trust God that we will not miss out in the place of prayer because once we miss out there, we will miss out when it comes to standing. We will not be able to stand. It is men who have done everything to prevail on their knee that prevail in life. There's a connection between your knee and your life. I'm talking about the prayer of Jabez. So it's an order, an order that was there from the beginning. And that's why Jesus was saying that which you bind shall be, that which you loose shall be. It's not what they loose, no. You are the one to, it is their will there but you must call it down here and then it is effected here. I pray that everywhere you are, you will stamp the will of God. You will stamp the purpose of God. You will bring them to pass in the name of Jesus Christ. Look at something in Isaiah Chapter 62 as we go into the place of prayer this evening. Isaiah Chapter 62. Now look it says for Zion's sake, I'm reading from Verse 1. "For Zion's sake I will not hold my peace and for Jerusalem's sake I will not rest." Can you proclaim that about yourself? For my sake God, please call your name into that scripture. Call your name over and over. Just say it to yourself. Call your name into it. For Wole's sake, God will not hold His peace. For Wole's sake God will not rest. For Wole's sake God will not hold His peace. For my sake God will not rest. He will not hold His peace, He will not rest. In the name of Jesus. For Zion's sake, today is a day of prayer. I'm coming more that we are going to pray more today. It's a time to pray. "Zion's sake I will not hold my peace, for Jerusalem's sake I will not rest until your righteousness goes forth as brightness and your salvation as a lamp that burns. The Gentiles shall see your righteousness and all kings your glory. You shall be called by a new name which the mouth of the Lord will name. You shall also be a crown of glory in the hand of the Lord and a royal diadem in the hand of your God. You shall no longer be termed forsaken nor shall your land anymore be termed desolate. But you shall be called Hephzibah and your land Beulah. For the Lord delights in you and your land shall be married. For as a young man marries a virgin, so shall your sons marry you. And as the bridegroom rejoices over the bride, so shall your God rejoice over you." Look at something in the Verse 6. It says, "I have set watchmen on your wall, Oh Jerusalem, they shall never hold their peace day or night. You who mention the name, you who make mention of the Lord, do not keep silence and give Him no rest till He establishes and He makes Jerusalem a praise upon the earth." You can see that God will not rest, but so that God will not rest, some people will not give God rest. God has made up His mind that He will not rest. But there must be people that must make God not to rest. There must be people that will say, "God you cannot rest, you cannot rest, it has not finished." And as they keep saying, "God, God we will not give you rest," then God too will not rest. I'm only showing you a connection that that which you bind on earth shall be bind in heaven. There's a connection. Heaven is set not to rest but men will make sure those that mention the name of the Lord will not give God rest. So we are focusing on something this evening brethren. We are focusing on something very very serious and you are starting from there. Anyhow you want to prophesy, you are the one that want to show, God has said He will not rest but God is saying you that make mention of My name don't give Me rest. I don't know what you are becoming weary about about your life. Anyhow God is saying don't give Me rest. I bring a message to you from the throne of grace. God is saying don't give Me rest. Don't give Me rest. You that mention My name, don't give Me rest. Me too I have set up My mind not to rest until you become mission accomplished. I am telling you until it becomes a mission accomplished. God says I will not rest and God is saying don't give Me rest. And I want you to go ahead this evening and say, "God, for my sake there will be no rest in heaven. For my sake heaven will not rest." For my sake let there be a rising in heaven. For my sake let every heaven roars. Let there be a roar, a roaring in heaven, a shaking in heaven, a rising in heaven, a burning in heaven. For my sake! Because of me! Because of my matter! Because of my situation! Let there be a rising in heaven! Lord arise! Arise until I am mission accomplished. Until the will of God is done. No rest in heaven for my sake. In the name of Jesus. Arise Lord. Oh Jesus said men ought always to pray and not to faint. He that asks receiveth, he that seeketh findeth, unto him that knocked it shall be opened. He said yea, yea, yea, will God not answer His saints that call upon Him night and day? He said God will answer them. God will answer you. There shall be an answer. Brother pray in faith. Sister pray in faith. There shall be an answer. I assure you there shall be an answer. He said God will answer His saints that cry unto Him day and night. He said He will answer them speedily. There shall be an answer sister. There shall be an answer brother. Come to God in faith. Tell God tonight that heaven will not rest. Baba you will not rest. Lord arise. Oh God, do not rest until I become an accomplished mission, until Your will in my life is done, until Your purpose is fulfilled. Oh God arise! [Glossolalia/Praying in tongues] [Background noise: loud communal prayer and shouting] Arise O Lord, let Your enemies be scattered. Arise O Lord, let Your enemies be scattered. Arise O Lord, let Your enemies be scattered. Oh Lord, Oh Lord arise. Hallelujah. Arise O Lord, let Your enemies be scattered. When we are talking about enemies scattering, my concern is not about one individual somewhere. I'm talking about the gates of hell. He says I will build My church and the gates of hell will not prevail. I want you to sing that song with understanding. Face the gate of hell and say that thing, that gate of hell that stand against the purpose of God in my life. That gate of hell that stand against the will of God for my rising. Arise O Lord and let that gate be shattered. That powers of hell that says no, the church of God will not be built. No sister, you shall be built. Brother, you shall be built. He says I will build My church. That thing that is saying no your life cannot be built. Your brightness should not come. Jesus said until your righteousness come like a lamp that burneth. He says your land will no more be desolate. God does not want desolation. No. That thing that says you will be desolate, that says no you cannot be fruitful, that says no you cannot multiply, that says no you cannot increase, that says no you cannot expand. I want you to stand today. I say God, arise. Let that hell be scattered. Let that gate be shattered. Oh brethren, pray like you mean business. That gate must shatter tonight. It must be shattered this evening. God can do it now. He can do it now. I stand against the powers of hell. I stand against every conspiracy against my life. I stand against every power of hell that has connived against my multiplying. I stand today and I decree today every such power, I bind you. I bind you in the name of Jesus. Every power that is against my multiplying, every power that is against my fruitfulness, every power that is against my increase, every power that is against my rising, every power that says I shall be desolate, every power that says I shall be forsaken. I proclaim this day, I shall not be forsaken. I shall not be desolate. I decree today, Wole Olusoya, you cannot be desolate. You cannot be forsaken. I shall not be ashamed in the name of Jesus. I stand against every power, every powers of hell. I stand against every power. I command right now be scattered. In the name of Jesus Christ we pray. Look at the last verse there. That's where we are coming together to pray. It says, "And give Him no rest till He establish and make Jerusalem a praise upon the earth." I want you to pray. I shall be upon this earth, I shall become a praise. That is the will of God. Upon the earth I shall be a praise. In the name of Jesus. I also want you to pray. Today I receive strength not to give God rest. He said yea, don't give Me rest. I receive strength, I receive burden to pray through. Impartation of God come upon me this evening. That will make me to give God no rest. In the name of Jesus. I pray that God will give us time as we explore this prayer of Jabez. We'll be able to look at a lot of things about this matter. But if you go to Revelation, you will see where the saints that have been slaughtered, they were crying to God that God how long will it take You to avenge? And He said no don't worry. We're just waiting till the number of those that will be killed will be killed. Then you will notice that eventually when God want to start judging the earth, the Bible says they took an incense which represent the prayers of the saints. I want you to know that there is no prayer you pray that God did not remember. He says they have been praying. He said but when God want to bring judgment, He took an incense that represent the prayers they've been praying. "God avenge us, God do something." And eventually when God get to do something, it was all those prayer that God gathered. It was all those prayers. I keep remembering this story of this brother who when they married, they married and then they went out of the country. And then they noticed that there was no issue. They kept on praying. They prayed and prayed and prayed and it was as if God was not answering. I think whether five years or six or about ten twelve years, I can't remember too well. After a good number of years, one day the brother traveled to Nigeria and he went to their village. When he got there, a very old woman walked up to him and she said, "Oh please go and stop your prayers. We were the ones on the wedding day that gathered ourselves together and said this marriage must not be fruitful. But since the day you started praying, every time you pray, one man will come in white and he began to nail our head with nail. With every prayer, he was nailing our head. When our head got full with nail, the man came to our chest. He started putting nails. She said as I'm speaking with you now, the other two or three people they are already dead. It was those nails that killed them. Please I am going to undo what we did. Please stop the prayer." Do you know that if that brother did not do anything? It means as the brother was praying, heaven too was binding. As the brother was praying, it looked as if nothing was happening but something was happening. That's what I'm showing you in that Revelation. He said and God took an incense which represent the prayers the saints have been praying. And God now put into a fire and then judgment began upon the earth. Which means God did not forget all that prayer. He was gathering them. If you go to Malachi then you see the same thing. He said the book of remembrance was opened and they were noting down those who were crying to God, it was noted. Look sister, brother, I want you to understand. Our focus today is look, you must understand that you must not give heaven rest. Heaven will not rest. God is making up His mind not to rest. There is a breaking forth for your life. I'm telling you there is a breaking forth. But heaven is trying to come unto us to say look, it's not a time to be wearied. Men ought always to pray. Arise again and burn. Come into that place and persist. You are closer to your breakthrough. It's not a time to give up that prayer. It's not a time to give up that persistence. It's not a time to give up faith. It's a time to stand in faith and say, "No, my miracle will come." And I say your miracle, your miracle will come in the name of Jesus Christ. We stand in agreement today as the people of God. We stand in agreement today and we say every operation, every working, every conspiracy, every powers seen and unseen, principalities, rulers of darkness, spiritual wickedness in heavenly places that have gathered themselves together and have made up their mind that are saying no this life they must remain desolate, this life they must not become really fruitful, this life no they must not receive a new name, this life no their brightness must not come. Every such operation we command right now be scattered. We command right now be shattered. In the name of Jesus Christ. We pray right now that your righteousness shall come forth as brightness. Your salvation shall follow immediately like a lamp that burneth in the name of Jesus. The Gentiles shall see your glory. Kings, they will come to the brightness of your rising. You shall be called by a new name which the mouth of the Lord shall give in the name of Jesus. Together today we are standing in the place of prayer. We are saying any area of your life where you have been forsaken, where you have been abandoned, where you have been forgotten, where it seems you needed to be remembered. Every thing that has led to your not being remembered, we cancel them now. We say the Bible says and the Lord remembered Rachel. The Bible says and the Lord remembered the people of Israel. We say the Lord will remember you. You shall be remembered. You shall be remembered. And the Lord will visit you. And it will come to pass on planet Earth, you will no longer be termed forsaken. In the name of Jesus. And every way it look as if your life is not fruitful, we prophesy over that area of your life. Break your fallow ground. There shall be a working of God that will cause your fallow ground to be broken. I know what I'm talking about. You see if God don't do certain things, certain things will not happen. There shall be a working of God. I'm talking about what is happening with us. I just remember something now about my life. There shall be a working of God. And by that working of God, you shall break your fallow ground. I pray tonight, oh righteous Father, Holy Father, there is a way You can do a work that cause men to break their fallow ground. Lord God Almighty, we stand in agreement tonight and we are saying that working of God that suddenly make men to break forth, let it come upon your life in the name of Jesus. Receive it tonight. Receive it! The Bible says it's not of him that willeth, nor of him that runneth, but of Lord that showeth mercy. I ask tonight, that mercy you need to break your fallow ground come upon your life. In the name of Jesus. You will sing a new song. And among that song will be "Iwo lo se yi." That song will break forth in your mouth by the reason of what God will do. In the name of Jesus. I prophesy tonight, this song will break forth in your mouth. It will break forth! By the reason of all the Lord will do in the name of Jesus. It will break forth. Just like that song break forth in the mouth of the Israelites when they said that the horses and his rider He has thrown into the sea. I prophesy tonight, this song will break forth in your mouth by the reason of all the Lord will do for your sake. God will not rest. For your sake He will not hold His peace until you are established a praise upon the earth in the name of Jesus Christ. Thank You Eternal Father. In the name of Jesus Christ we pray. Can we share the grace together? The grace of our Lord Jesus Christ, the love of God, and the fellowship of the Holy Spirit be with us now and forevermore. Amen. Surely goodness and mercy shall follow us all the days of our lives and we shall dwell in the house of the Lord forever and ever. Amen.
